1. Business Model & Distributorship
TT Plywoods is an authorized distributor, stockist, and retailer of engineered wood panels, decorative laminates, architectural glass, and allied interior materials. TT Plywoods is not an OEM manufacturer. Technical specifications, certifications (IS 710, IS 303, IS 2202, IS 5509), and warranties are extended directly by partner manufacturers.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All price quotations issued via WhatsApp, email, or telephone are valid for the period stated (typically 7–14 days) due to market fluctuations in timber resin and paper raw materials. Orders are confirmed upon agreed advance payment.
3. Delivery Fleet Logistics
We operate a fleet of 6 company-owned delivery transport vehicles servicing seven districts in South Kerala: Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kollam, and Thiruvananthapuram. Deliveries are made to the nearest vehicular access point of the customer site.
4. Manufacturer Warranties & Claims
Manufacturer warranties (such as termite/borer protection and boiling water resistance) are serviced in accordance with each respective brand policy. TT Plywoods facilitates manufacturer inspection visits and warranty claim processing for authentic stock purchased through our showroom with a valid tax invoice.
